DataSource Node under data-pipelines had faulty retry mechanism

Root cause(s)​

The issue was in Data pipelines wherein data source nodes containing data flows with auto retries enabled would fail to attempt the status check for multiple retries and end node execution after the first retry.

Impact​

  • Datasource node with auto retry enabled wasn't functioning properly and wasn't properly checking the node status to allow for retry

Mitigation​

Fix available

Fix is available in Amorphic version 3.0.3/3.0.6 or beyond. Please upgrade to the aforementioned or later version to resolve this issue.
