Authentication

User can login to the application using the username and password specified during the user registration. Login page

  • If the user is an existing user then user will be taken to the application homepage immediately upon the login.

  • If the user is a newly registered user then user is required to agree the Terms of Use bound to the Amorphic AI application. User can move forward into the application only if the user agrees to the Terms of Use.

User Agreement upon login

Upon the user's successful login to the application, the initial user who logs into the Amorphic AI app will be granted Admin access.
Subsequent users, upon their first login, will be assigned the Users role, which provides restricted access to the application. If a user requires additional privileges, they can request an Administrator to assign them the appropriate role to carry out actions and utilize Amorphic AI services.

Amorphic SSO Login​

Users also have the option to login to Amorphic AI through the Amorphic SSO. Users can make use of the Login with Amorphic button for this. On clicking the button, if the user is logged in to Amorphic, they will be redirected to the Amorphic AI homepage. If not, they will need to login on Amorphic and on successful login they will be redirected back to Amorphic AI. SSO Login

Forgot Password​

If the user forgets the password to the application, they can always reset it using the Forgot password link on the login page. Clicking on the 'Forgot password' link will open the 'Forgot Password' page.

Forgot Password

Enter the 'Username' or 'Email ID' associated with the user account and click on 'Request Reset' button. A verification code will be sent to the specified email address and 'Reset Password' page will be displayed.

Reset Password

Enter the 'Verification Code' and 'New Password/Confirm Password' details and click on 'Submit' button. Password will be successfully changed.
