Agent Libraries
Agent Libraries are used to store and manage the dependencies required for the action groups. Libraries consist of packages that are needed for action groups. Users can upload .zip files into the newly created Library.
Agent Library Operations
Below are the operations that can be performed on Agent Libraries:
- Create Agent Library: Create a new Agent Library
- Update Agent Library: Update an existing Agent Library
- Delete Agent Library: Delete an existing Agent Library
Create an Agent Library
- Select the
Libraries
tab from the top navigation panel and click on+ New Library
- Fill in the required fields (details listed below) and click on
Create Library
button.
Following fields are needed to create an Agent Library:
Properties | Details |
---|---|
Library Name | A name for the Library. This should be unique across the platform. |
Description | Description of the Library being created. |
Upload Packages | Users can upload .zip files into the newly created Library. |

Update an Agent Library
- Select the Agent Library user wants to edit and click on the
Configuration
tab. - Click on the edit icon in the Metadata section and update the required details and packages then click on
Update Library
button.

Note
Agent Library creation/updation happens in the background once triggered, and may take some time to complete.
Delete an Agent Library
- Select the Agent Library that user wants to delete and go to
Configuration
tab. - Click on the delete icon in the Metadata section and click on the Delete Library button to confirm the deletion.
Note
Agent Library deletion is only possible if it is not attached to any existing Action Groups.
