Service Users

  1. Issue Description: REST API is not available in Service User mode from UI.

    Explanation:

    In Service User mode, the REST API functionality section under Profile & Settings is not available. Because of UI limitations and complexities, this feature is not supported in Service User mode at this time.

    Impact:

    • In Service User mode, you cannot use the REST API section in the UI.

    Note: Support for REST API in Service User mode is planned for a future release.
