1. Unable to Create a Domain with the Same Name Under Different Tenants

Issue description: Unable to create domain (through UI) with same name under different tenants.

Explanation: While creating a domain (through UI) with same name under different tenants, UI is restricting the user while validating the domain name field.

Resolution: We will modify the field validation such that user can create domain with same name under different tenants.
